Appellant J.M.A. also raises issues concerning the constitutional guarantee against self-incrimination involved in a failure to give a Miranda warning before interrogation, and the constitutional guarantee of due process of law, as applied to the Judges review of J.M.A.s juvenile record prior to the adjudication of his case.
